UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery across the UK.
Standard Delivery (2nd Class Royal Mail)
- Delivery time: 2–5 working days
- Orders are normally dispatched within [1–2] working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
Other Delivery
Alternative delivery options are available at the checkout, these have an additional cost depending on the option you select.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your delivery information and tracking details, where available.
Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked delivery service is used, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most UK addresses.
Additional delivery charges or longer delivery times may apply to certain areas, including:
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Scilly Isles
- Other remote or offshore locations

Delayed or Missing Orders
While we work hard to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, occasional delays can occur due to courier issues, adverse weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@sjsgiftshop.co.uk and include your order number.
We will investigate the delivery with the courier and keep you updated.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, this may result in a delivery delay or the parcel being returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel needs to be resent.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the item received.
